Inspired to pick up the pen (or keyboard) to start penning down again by Isaac, so that my blessings may be shared with all.
Very encouraged by the chain of events flowing through. Not because it's all jolly happy, in fact, it is melancholic and painful even, but all praise be unto God.
Many things have changed in 2006 - 2007. I take delight in God's work and I continue to want to be that catalyst of change - change in heart, change in mindset, change in life - repenting of our ways and turning to Christ (metanoia).
Should I whine that some of those I desire to build "spiritual friendship" with still doubt? Ever since coming back to Christ some 4 years now, my heart will still say "Here I am, Lord, send me." Is pride and self-righteousness the driving factor? If anyone was to repent first, it would be me, for I am double-minded. The sinful nature so desires contrary to the spiritual man. Yet the spiritual man is not subjected to man's judgment but God's. Faith and Love will still be the guiding principles of my pursuit for Christ. I do mean when I say "I surrender ALL to you."
So glad to be spending time with Isaac, Sheipin and Joel today. Hope to be spending time with Shawn too, and how bout the rest? They are not any lesser.
Any accolades to claim. None. I lost them all in pursuit of what is better to come, whether new or renewed.
